Indigo Policies

1. We, at The Indigo Salon, value your time and ours. To reserve your appointment online you will be prompted to pay a deposit on service(s) you are booking.


2. If you no-show your appointment or do not give us 48 hours to cancel your appointment means you will forfeit your deposit, or if no deposit has been made then you'll be required to pay for your no-show/cancellation of 50% before booking your next appointment. If this becomes a constant issue you will be required to pay 100% of your services upfront, or be a walk-in basis only.These types of cancellations render us unable to fill your time slot and loss of wages.

4 Retail returns are accepted after 10 days of original purchase for a store credit. Must be unopened or unused. There is a 20% restocking fee retail bought after 10 but before 21 days. There is a 20% restocking fee for those who are unhappy with the product, within 10 days.

5. If you are unhappy with your service it needs we need to be alerted within 5 days and redone within 14 days of original visit. Your visit might be with a different stylist.

6. Consultations are required for all new color guests prior to booking. 

7. Prime salon hours are 10am - 7pm Wednesday, 9am-5pm Friday & Saturday, and 9-3 Saturdays., but schedules vary by stylist. We will gladly book after-hours appointments, which have a 20% fee. Appointment must be paid in-full prior to booking. Partial refunds are available if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time.

8. Hair services cannot be guaranteed without the purchase of the homecare products we carry and are purchased from our salon.

9. Extension services & maintenance are non-negotiable. Going over timing and not using homecare can create breakage and make wefts or bonds fall and create breakage. Extensions installed here are extensions we sell only. We refuse to re-install your current extensions, but will gladly remove them. If your hair is colored or moved up elsewhere during your current set we will not guarantee the service and will require a new set of hair prior to an installation. 

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Your health, your hair's health and our health is what is most important. We cannot guarantee any chemical services unless your have bought home care products from The Indigo Salon only and must have a purchase recently to ensure it's not counterfeit or old product.
